Queens, I introduce to you the lovely MUA of #BBU (Beat By Uche) Rita Kalu, also known as Uche. Ive had the privilege of getting to know Rita and truly understanding what is it that made her verture into the makeup world. And hunny she is taking it by storm, ready to beautify anyone ready to look fabulous. I asked her the question that most people would love to know, what made you hop right into this world of glam? Rita states, "Honestly I believe appearance is everything. Before we open our mouths, how we look speaks for us. I've always been interested in makeup because it gives our look that extra touch. I use to spend hours and hours watching YouTube videos trying to learn how to do eyebrows and the right way to put on foundation. Then I started playing in makeup and boy did I fall in love! I could be having a really bad day but once I put on some lashes and concealer I felt unstoppable! After I perfected my craft a bit I wanted to extend this same feeling to other people. A good friend of mine pushed me this year to extended my talents. This is how #Bbuchee was born! It is so fulfilling to see women's face light up after you just beat their face. Beauty, makeup, and color are the finishing touches to everything. It's like self confidence you can apply directly to the face! Makeup is really one of my passions and as I continue to perfect my craft, I hope I can continue to make people feel confident, beautiful and unstoppable!"
This girls skills are off the charts, the way she applies product that caters to your face is amazing, and the reason I say that is because more artist out here aren't as experienced, they only have one way of doing makeup and they fail to realize that everyone is different and their makeup should be applied in ways that suits the individual. It seems to me that Rita's passion and drive will take her places. So remember the name ladies, because in my opinion Rita Kalu is showing up and showing out in 2016 and that will only be the beginning. Rita is from East Orange, New Jersey.
